We stayed here for one night and had a really nice experience overall. The location in the Smoky Mountains was fantastic for us, plus it was conveniently close to several restaurants. 😊.

Cheap pet-friendly room with king beds.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at this hotel, which was newly remodeled and featured comfortable king beds. Everything was excellent.

Couldn't find a spot to park due to the restaurant patrons. They took everyone's room spots...aggravating

The meals are fresh and delicious, the rooms are updated, clean, comfortable with a shower and jacuzzi tub.

Comfortable bed, nice water pressure in the shower, friendly, helpful staff at the desk, varied and delicious breakfast options, cleanliness, adequare parking.

Our keys did not work well at all to open our room door. We had to push the card down and up MULTIPLE times EVERY TIME we came back to the hotel to get in by pushing on the door with all our weight then entering the room like Cramer when it finally opened! Annoying when our hands were full and we just wanted in! Of course, we could've turned them in at the desk and asked for new keys, but we didn't.

Loved having a microwave and fridge in our rooms. The hotel is in a great location, near everything. Conveniently close to good restaurants, the town center, and other food options.

The breakfast had good choices and the area was very well kept.

Very weird to have a pool in the middle of a parking lot. Maybe invest in a garden along side of the pool so you are not looking at the trucks always parked there.

The place was spotless and the staff were really friendly. Our room had a queen bed that was super comfy. They've got a cool restaurant serving up tasty Mexican dishes. 🌮
